Message from the President of the Board
To our valued Clients, Partners and Employees.
Another year has come and gone and what a year it has been! Much like 2021, this year has not been without obstacles to overcome, however, there has also been many great accomplishments.
For AIX Investment Group, 2022 has been a year of adaptation, flexibility, and continued growth. And I believe 2023 will present more opportunities for growth for our firm and industry alike.
Despite a great deal of uncertainty in the macro climate, from inflation to a potential economic downturn, AIX’s innovative business model and investment strategy continue to fuel the company’s growth. The opportunity ahead is significant, and our strategy is proving to be effective as can be seen by our accomplishments.
At the core of our foundation is our management philosophy to safeguard our client’s investments. We guard and grow their investment and strive to earn their trust each day. When we help our clients succeed, our shareholders, employees and communities benefit as well. A testament to this, is the noticeable growth in the size of investments, let it be corporate or individual as last year we witnessed a remarkable increase in our client’s portfolio. Our goal is to optimize this symbiotic relationship among our various stakeholders.
The pandemic affected nearly every aspect of life and business, albeit in different ways. Under these conditions, we leveraged what we learned and developed new ways of adapting to consistently supporting our clients and each other. While the pandemic presented no shortage of challenges, it did accelerate our investment in the digitalization to improve our internal processes and streamline our customers’ experience throughout their investment journey. This has created a more seamless and efficient experience for our clients and employees, as well as presenting new ways for us to innovate and expand. Even with the tremendous technological enhancements and capabilities, AIX will always be a firm that succeeds through its talent. It is the expertise, skills and diversity of our people that, when combined with our robust technology, differentiates us.
Our business growth has considerably evolved. We continue to be profoundly focused on our strategic pillars of people, customer experience, operating performance, and business growth. Over the last year there has been significant investment in enhancing and improving our business operations, locally and internationally – including infrastructure, systems, processes, licensing, regulations as well as human capital which have now been established to provide greater capacity for growth in 2023. And today, I can proudly say that AIX has become a major league player on the regional scene. This is precisely what our identity is about, it reflects how much we have transformed, without ever compromising our culture, our values and the uniqueness of our innovative model and how poised we are to further grow and create value for the benefit of all our stakeholders.
In times of uncertainty, expertise is essential. To help our clients make smart decisions, we draw on our deep insights anticipating and solving client challenges. In recognition of our expertise, AIX has received numerous international awards such as The Global Economics Award, for “The Most Innovative International Investment Advisory Firm” in the UAE and The International Finance Award, for the “Most Innovative Wealth Management Advisory Firm”.
There is also a need to push initiatives forward for further growth. The focus for 2023 is to continue and speed up the transformation process. We will keep innovating and expanding our product portfolio and implementing our business improvement plan. We will firmly entrench the many improvements we are currently undertaking, strengthen our operations – local and international – personnel and organizational, transform our corporate culture and establish a foundation for growth and new ventures. As the foundation of growth, we will continue improving our customer’s digital experience, our digital channels and expand marketing tailored to individual customers need. While we are enhancing our digital channels, we are coordinating with tech companies that have a presence in people’s everyday lives in order to extend our financial advisory services to customers we would otherwise not be able to reach. Stewards not only of our clients’ assets, but also of our corporate social responsibilities. We are committed to continue and evolve in our CSR activities that align with our values and the well-being of our community. Beyond this, we will continue to advance sustainable transformation as a foundation for the short- and long-term s future, and we will create a virtuous cycle through which AIX will grow alongside our investors and society. And most importantly, we will continue to strive to earn your trust and deliver on our promises.
The success of our company is built on the efforts of our employees, our combined strength is what makes us successful as a company and in this past year, we have enjoyed many successes. I would therefore like to take a moment to thank our staff for their tireless work and without whom we would not be in the position we are today. Your individual contributions have been pivotal to every milestone we achieved. Thank you, each and every one of you, your hard work and dedication have sown the seeds of prosperity that we shall reap together, and I am truly grateful for your valuable contributions to our firm.
I want to close by thanking our clients, partners and employees for their unwavering trust in our firm. Even in the face of difficult circumstances I am confident that we will continue to celebrate many great successes together. Your trust and support allow us to do the work that we do and motivates us to always strive for better on your behalf.

AIX Investment Group Enters Formula 2
AIX Investment Group established a dynamic new collaboration with Brad Benavides of PHM Racing by Charouz as his primary sponsor for 2023. Committing to supporting Brad as he debuts in Formula 2, AIX sharpened its year-long strategic plan to support him as he competes across the globe for the first time in the Formula 2 races. As a global firm invested in growing their clients’ wealth, helping them with their unique one-of-a-kind products and services, they aim to create opportunities by helping them achieve their financial goals and needs. Operating solely on these principles, AIX established this recent partnership and takes pride in it.
The launch took place on the terrace of their 144th floor office overlooking the beautiful city of Dubai. It comprised of a short ceremony where both teams spoke about the partnership and the goals they intend to achieve.
The partnership is a milestone for the company, as their first global motorsport collaboration and for Brad to have the trust and backing of such a successful organization as he debuts Formula 2. It is a gateway to reaching new fronts for both parties, and a step towards supporting young talent and their goals for AIX Investment Group. Indeed, a strategy to combine their resources with innovation, ambition, and talent. The partnership was made official on 29th November 2022 with an announcement on the official Formula 2 Championship website.
The Future of Innovative Investments
With the aim of boosting returns, and launching products that outperforms in every niche, AIX Investment Group launched two new products. The products were created based on research in global and local markets ‘practices. They feature unique, innovative qualities and expected returns.
AIX Property Secure
AIX PROPERTY SECURE offers you the option of collateralizing your investment via a property with the introduction of a collateral – meaning your investment is asset backed via a property. Allowing investors to generate secured and guaranteed rental returns* of 20% at pre-established dates.
The secured principal and all the secured profit payments are paid directly to the investors’ beneficiary account – providing them with security, even in a highly volatile market. Our properties are strategically situated in prime locations in the UAE with state-of-the-art conveniences and ultra-luxurious amenities.
AIX Bond
AIX BOND is an interest-bearing security that obligates the issuer to pay the Investor (Bondholder) a fixed coupon at pre-agreed and pre-determined dates and to also repay the principal amount of the loan (subscription amount) at maturity. Each investor receives their secured coupon pay-outs every quarter directly from the Payment agent and as well receives the subscription amount back at maturity from the Issuer – providing them with security, even in a highly volatile market.
The International Finance Awards
AIX Investment Group was recognised at The International Finance Awards as the “Most Innovative Wealth Management Advisory Firm”. International Finance Awards recognizes industry talent, leadership skills, industry net worth and capability on an international platform. After careful consideration of nominations by a qualified research team, AIX was declared the winner on the strength of our application and past accomplishments.
Introduction of the New Team
Fursan Hispania introduced its new official team to play at the UAE First Division League. The team has been playing in multiple matches across the UAE. The players and their coaches have been putting in immense efforts both in training and on the field. AIX Investment Group is the proud sponsor of the team and supports the development of the UAE football community.
Winter Goalkeeper’s Camp
A Goalkeeper’s Training Camp was held from 19th to 21st November 2022, by the Iker Casillas Academy. It offered exclusive training for goalkeepers using the Iker Casillas Goalkeeper Coaching System methodology. The training was led by the former Real Madrid goalkeeper coach Juan Canales and a team of experienced coaches in the presence of the legendary goalkeeper Iker Casillas and Real Madrid legend Michel Salgado.
Emirates Rugby 7’s
Arabian Gulf Legends Rugby Football Club made it to the semifinals at the Emirates Dubai 7’s. The team played fiercely for two days up until the semifinals. The Emirates Dubai 7s is a part of the HSBC World Rugby Sevens Series and took place on 2nd – 3rd December 2022. As the main sponsor of the team AIX Investment Group is incredibly proud of their achievement.
The White Party
Ending the year with the bash, AIX hosted an exclusive party in the luxurious Sonara Camp, a unique setting nestled in the heart of the Arabian Desert. It was that time of year again when employees took centre stage and were appreciated for their hard work and for playing an important role in the success of the firm.
