Message from the President of the Board
The challenges that are unfolding in front of us and on a global scale, are an indication of the undisputable fact that we are facing a major turning point in the global economy and society that will change the way we all do business. Conventional thinking and traditional operating models will not be able to capture the opportunities that arise from this paradigm shift. By taking the initiative to transform ourselves, coupled with AIX’s reputation for having an innovative approach, we aim to deliver added value to all our stakeholders and this shift has positively impacted on our operating model.
Notwithstanding the new challenges in our business environment; the pace and scale of change is unprecedented. In order to overcome these challenges at AIX we are undergoing an organizational transformation in various aspects of our operation, such as globalization and restructuring. These improvements will enable us to become more agile at identifying and addressing shifts in the landscape. But there is more to be done and we remain fully committed to strengthening our capabilities and to further evolve the organization going forward.
Throughout the years we have positively impacted people’s lives, and we will continue to do so. Our mission is to extend this trajectory into the future and turn AIX Group of Companies into a major player in the sector. As such, It is essential that we align our actions to meet investors’ needs. To do this, we believe it is important to build on our strengths and improve on our weaknesses, which affirms our commitment to serve our four valued stakeholder groups; shareholders, employees, the wider society, and investors as the core.
We are confident that we can exceed expectations of all stakeholders by carefully considering their respective interests. This model guides our mission to create, develop and nurture our unique brands to win investors trust, while understanding and respecting the environment and the diversity of societies and individuals.
AIX Investment Group will purposely pursue to make the investment landscape more sustainable by building trust in society through innovation. The starting point for this is to share with our customers, partners and employees our ideal vision of society and people’s lives, as well as the issues that need to be solved and the ways to overcome them. However, to build a relationship of trust with everyone we work with to solve these social issues, we need to have empathy. I believe that perpetuating the cycle of aspiration, trust and empathy, those three values, will lead to the creation of new values and to our own sustainable growth. Behind our efforts is a sense of urgency. In an age where we face an uncertain future, we will only be able to continue to create value for our stakeholders and make the investment environment more sustainable if each employee embraces the challenge of making social contributions through business.
More so, when discontinuous change is happening on various scales in nature, society, individual lives and the business environment is becoming ever more uncertain and complex. We have drawn up AIX Purpose to make clear the direction in which the firm must go to continue to strive sustainably. Specifically, our ”human capital” was identified as an area demanded by future society and one where the firm can continue to make the most of our value over the long term. The firm itself will keep evolving, so that we can continue to earn public trust and contribute in the area of ”human capital,” something that is diverse and changing from one era and one person to the next.
At AIX, we aim to achieve what we call “purpose-driven management,” which enables each employee to realize their own purpose through activities to realize our corporate purpose. To make this work, we are reforming ourselves in all areas, including work styles, human resource systems and our corporate culture. Through these efforts, we will be able to grow sustainably, and contribute to the wellbeing of people and their development by continuing to provide long-term, stable value through digital technology to our customers and society.
AIX Investment Group U13 Dubai Intercontinental Cup
The AIX Investment Group Dubai Intercontinental Cup U13 2023 was a thrilling three-day event that featured 20 top Under-13 teams from across the globe. The tournament was honoured by football legends Ronaldo and Michel Salgado, who provided inspiration and guidance to the young players. The final match was an exciting encounter between FC Barcelona and Cruzeiro, which ended in a penalty shootout, with FC Barcelona emerging as the champion of the tournament. As the main sponsor of the AIX Investment Group Dubai Intercontinental Football Cup U13 2023, we are committed to promoting and encouraging young football talent. Our support for this tournament is just one example of our dedication to the welfare of young athletes and their development. Dubai International Boat Show 2023
AIX Investment Group participated in the prestigious Dubai International Boat Show 2023, held at Dubai Harbour from March 1st to 5th. The event attracted over 38,000 visitors from 120 countries. It was attended by His Highness Sheikh Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum, Vice-President and Prime Minister of the UAE, and Ruler of Dubai. As one of the main exhibitors, AIX Investment Group showcased its expertise in the financial sector and was the official VIP Lounge partner, hosting a dedicated lounge area for VIP guests. The event provided a unique platform for the firm to showcase its capabilities and connect with potential clients. The company looks forward to forging new partnerships and business opportunities.
Brad Benavides’s Formula 2 Car Revealed
AIX Investment Group has ventured into the world of Formula 2 racing with its sponsorship of PHM by Charouz Racing System driver Brad Benavides. AIX Investment Group’s rose gold race car, emblazoned with the company’s logo, was revealed for the first time and it’s a sight to behold. The intricate design combined with the colour gives the car a futuristic touch, making it stand out from the crowd. AIX Investment Group’s foray into motorsport sponsorship with its sleek and modern yet classy design underlines its mission to support ambition, talent, sports, and innovation. Brad Benavides, sponsored by AIX Investment Group, is participating in the Formula 2 racing season for the first time. After completing his rookie year in FIA Formula 3, he is now racing for PHM by Charouz Racing System. His first race was on March 3rd, 2023, in Sakhir, Bahrain, and he will be competing globally throughout the season.
Mahra By AIX Investment Group
AIX Investment Group and Mahra Polo Team formed by Rashid Al Habtoor joined forces for this year’s IFZA Gold Cup 2023. AIX was proud to announce this patronage that represents a shared commitment to polo and a desire to promote its growth on a global scale. The IFZA Gold Cup 2023 kicked off on February 15th at Al Habtoor Polo Resort. The team consisted of some of the most talented and skilled polo players, led by patron Tariq Al Habtoor, Jacinto Amadori, Tomar Albaidi and Felix Carlos Esain.
Ronaldo Visits the Highest Corporate Office
The visit of Ronaldo Nazario and Michel Salgado to the AIX office was a significant moment for the investment group and the tournament, highlighting their support for the event and the sport. For AIX Investment Group, the visit was a chance to display their commitment to the tournament, football and demonstrate their vision for the sport’s future. AIX Investment Group surprised attendees by showcasing an impressive hologram of Ronaldo Nazario, wearing his iconic Brazilian jersey. It was a fitting tribute to Ronaldo, one of the greatest footballers of all time, and added to the excitement surrounding the tournament. The hologram was a testament to AIX Investment Group’s innovative and forward-thinking approach.
RC Celta U13 Team Visits AIX Investment Group
The RC Celta U13 team had a memorable experience when they visited the AIX Investment Group office. The team had the opportunity to meet Ronaldo Nazario and Michel Salgado, two legendary footballers who are also ambassadors for the AIX Investment Group Intercontinental Cup. The young players were able to interact with their idols. The meeting was a great example of the positive impact that football can have on young people and the role models who inspire and motivate future generations. In addition to its success on the pitch, RC Celta is also known for its commitment to youth development. The club’s thriving youth academy has produced many top-level players, including current stars such as Iago Aspas and Santi Mina. RC Celta Takes on La Liga
RC Celta, currently standing 10th out of 20 teams in La Liga, is having a promising season so far. With several wins and draws under their belt, they are well on track to achieve a successful season. As they continue to compete against some of the top teams in the league, we eagerly anticipate what this talented squad will achieve next.
With 12 more games left to play in La Liga, RC Celta has a great opportunity to secure a spot in the European Cup next season. The team is only 6 points away from qualifying for the prestigious competition. With their strong performance and determination, RC Celta has what it takes to push forward and make it to the league.
